Role: Financial Analyst |Open Positions: 15| Eligibility: B. Com, M. Com, MBA (Finance) – Freshers |Shift: Rotational (Morning, Evening, Night)

Compensation: ₹2.16 LPA (including ₹25,000 Retention Bonus, Shift Allowance & Productivity Allowances)

Expected Skills:

•    Strong analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication
•    Good knowledge of General Accounts and Accounting Concepts
•    Familiarity with Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
•    Ability to analyse and interpret financial statements

Job Description:

•    Analyse financial statements using relevant accounting standards
•    Execute revisions based on client inputs
•    Troubleshoot and validate errors
•    Work in shifts aligned with US client hours
Interview Process:
•    Accounting Test
•    Face-to-Face Technical Interview
•    Aptitude or Logical Reasoning Test

Note:
Selected candidates must sign a Surety Agreement for a period of 18 months. Performance-based appraisals will be conducted every December.
